Me, The Bloggess And Myers-Briggs

Everyone in the blogging world appears to worship a lady called the Bloggess and I had to find out what she was all about. I mean, is she more popular than Adele or what?

So, I had a wee look at her blog and yeah it’s nice and all that and there’s some good s*** up there but enough about her – she’s no Adele. However – one of her posts almost had me p***ing my pants.

I’m not going to link to her blog because she’s got so many followers that she can’t even reply to every comment (ahem!)

What she was discussing was the Myers-Briggs personality tests. I’ve done these types of test before but this one was scarily accurate when I got the results.

I came out as an Advocate(INFJ-A) and I sat and read the entire description saying “yip, that’s me” over and over again.

If you haven’t  done it before I would seriously recommend spending 10 minutes doing it – it’s truly eye-opening. You can do the test here.

Let me know what your results are by leaving a comment below and unlike others I could mention – I will reply to every one as I’m really intrigued to know!

  2. This isn’t actually Myers-Briggs, though, is it? But I took the Myers-Briggs at a large company I worked for about ten years ago and the results are the same.

    Your personality type is:
    Campaigner (ENFP-a)

      1. I thought that about my horoscope, which sounded so much like me, until I read the other star signs and ten out of twelve sounded so much like me. 😉

  3. ENFJ PERSONALITY (“THE PROTAGONIST”) ENFJs are natural-born leaders, full of passion and charisma. Forming around two percent of the population, they are oftentimes our politicians, our coaches and our teachers, reaching out and inspiring others to achieve and to do good in the world. With a natural confidence that begets influence, ENFJs take a great deal of pride and joy in guiding others to work together to improve themselves and their community.

  4. I’ve taken the test a couple of times. Sometimes I get that I’m an INFJ and sometimes I get that I’m an INFP. They’re very close together. I think they both accurately describe me…which is kind of spooky. 🙂 I have to say I love the Bloggess, too. I follow her blog and you should too. She’s hilarious!

  5. I’m a bit blown away by the detailed accuracy of the result, ENFP “The Campaigner” predominently ectroverted, intuitive, feeling, prospecting and turbulent. My role is ‘diplomat’, my strategy being social engagement… how do they know?! What is this witchcraft ! I LOVE IT…. btw until today I’d not heard of The Bloggess BUT I had heard of YOU!

  6. Luckily I can’t take the Myers-Briggs. In grad school I did a couple semesters on psych tests, so I know all the right answers. And wait a minute! People are worshipping The Blogess? I thought they were worshipping me?
